A little less guesswork

Pregnancy advice can feel like a pile of warnings.

Bloei starts somewhere kinder: with the good things you can add to your day. Your plan shows what to aim for, what to limit and what is best left out. No calorie counting and no guilt.

Your daily plan

Start with what you can eat.

    See the day clearly

  2. 02

See where you stand with things like caffeine instead of trying to remember a vague rule.

  3. 03
    Find an easy next step

Open a goal for practical meal ideas, then log your progress with one tap.

When you are unsure

A clear answer, without the spiral.

Search a food or brand name and see the pregnancy advice at a glance, with a plain explanation of why.

Food safety and diet fit stay separate. A food can be safe during pregnancy but still not suit a vegan diet or a personal restriction.

Our approach

Good guidance should show its work.

Bloei is designed to make official pregnancy nutrition guidance easier to use, while staying clear about its limits.

1

Local, not one-size-fits-all

Your advice region determines which country’s guidance applies.

2

Sources stay visible

Targets and food explanations are built to point back to their original guidance.

3

Plain about uncertainty

Bloei explains the practical reason behind a caution instead of only showing a warning.

4

Support, not medical advice

Your own midwife, doctor or dietitian always knows your personal situation best.

Growing carefully

Built country by country.

Nutrition and food-safety guidance does not transfer neatly across borders. Bloei keeps advice region and app language separate, so both can fit the person using it.
